Pea Shoots are the leaves of the traditional garden pea plant and are full of nutrition. They contain high levels of vitamin C, A and folic acid with an added bonus of being low in fat consisting of only 10 calories per 50g.
Irish Micro Greens pea shoots are grown indoors in unique conditions ensuring optimal freshness and nutrition. It takes 7 days to cultivate our greens resulting in a fresh distinctive leaf which is bursting with flavour.
Minimum order quantity of Pea Shoots is 20 boxes at €7.00 per box
Orders of 45+ boxes (1/2 a pallet) of Pea Shoots at €6.50 per box
Orders of 90+ boxes (1 full pallet) of Pea Shoots at €6.25 per box
Delivery to Dublin twice per week.
